The Supplemental Heating Program is funded by the Citizen's Energy Corporation through a partnership with CITGO Petroleum Corporation. The program assists in providing heating oil assistance to low-income households.

Program is available typically mid-March until funds are depleted.

• Most recent W-2's and/or 1099's or income tax return
• Proof of income, earned and/or unearned for the last 30 days
• Current bill from your energy provider
• Tribal ID Card
• Proof of residency with Physical Address
