Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP)

This federally funded program issues heating benefits to supplement a household's annual energy cost. WHEAP also offers emergency benefits in an energy emergency as well as furnace repair or replacement when necessary.

Furnace repair and replacement
Education and outreach services
