Leo LaFernier has been named Citizen of the Quarter for January, February, and March 2019. Leo is a lifelong member of Red Cliff and is willing to help with anything and everyone.
Leo is an outstanding cultural teacher of traditional ways and has kept many Red Cliff traditions ongoing. Leo is receiving this recognition for his dedication and willingness to teach and help our community.
Leo does not give up and is always willing to help despite any challenges that he may be facing.
