Community Feedback Requested: Emergency Medical Services Facility Project

Red Cliff has been awarded American Rescue Plan funding through the Indian Community Development Block Grant—Imminent Threat Program. This funding will provide for construction of a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) facility  to house the ambulances and includes space for on-call EMS staff and equipment storage. The facility will also be used as a mass testing and vaccination site in response to the COVID-19 Health Pandemic and future similar needs.

The proposed location is at 37100 State Highway 13 near the Red Cliff Storage Facility. This site was selected based upon Tribal long-term plans that include the development of a Police Station for an Emergency Response Campus. This site would support the infrastructure needed for a project of this size.

Community feedback is very important to the development of this project. Please submit any comments and views to the Red Cliff Planning Department at or call (715) 779-3700 to discuss.

Your input is greatly appreciated!
